Wall Mount Giveaway Official Rules

These are the official rules for the Internal Conflict wall mount giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you accept these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on every matter relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by HappyDale Holding LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the "Sponsor").

2. Not sponsored by, and not affiliated with, anyone else

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord Inc., Valve Corporation, Steam, Epic Games, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Microsoft. Those companies have no responsibility for the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints go to the Sponsor at the address above, not to them.

3. Who may enter

You must be a legal resident of, and physically located in, the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). The prize ships only there. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and all other countries are not eligible.
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time you enter.
You must have a Discord account in good standing that is a member of the Internal Conflict Discord server, and an Internal Conflict account on internalconflictgame.com.
Employees, contractors, and members of the immediate family or household of the Sponsor are not eligible.

The 18 or older floor is deliberate: the prize ships to a postal address, and an entrant who is a minor cannot agree to these rules on their own behalf.

4. Giveaway period

Entries are accepted from the time the Giveaway opens in the Internal Conflict Discord server until 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday 30 November 2026. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Any entry recorded outside that window does not count.

Entries opened on Thursday 18 September 2026, when the Giveaway was first posted in the Internal Conflict Discord server.

5. How to enter

In the Internal Conflict Discord server, press Enter giveaway on the Giveaway post. The bot sends you a private, single-use entry link that is valid for fifteen minutes.
Open that link and sign in to your Internal Conflict account, or create one. Creating an account is free and needs only an email address and a password.

That is the whole entry. Signing in is what records the entry and links it to the Discord account that was given the link. Nothing is bought, no payment method is asked for, and nothing on Steam is required. Wishlisting Internal Conflict on Steam is entirely optional, is not an entry method, and does not change your chances.

Do not pass your entry link to anyone else. An entry made with somebody else's link is void.

6. Entry limit

One entry per person. That means one entry per Internal Conflict account and one entry per Discord account, for the whole Giveaway period. A second attempt is recorded as a duplicate and does not create a second chance. Using multiple accounts, automated entry, or any other attempt to enter more than once voids every entry associated with you.

7. The prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a single 3D printed controller and headset wall mount, designed and printed in house by the Sponsor.

A controller and headphones are NOT included. They appear in the photographs only to show what the mount holds. The prize is the mount and nothing else.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: US $45. That is the Sponsor's good faith estimate for a comparable printed mount, and it is the value that governs the odds statement and any tax reporting below.

The prize ships free of charge to a street address in the continental United States. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

8. How the winner is chosen

On Monday 1 December 2026, the Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. How the winner is notified

The winner will be announced in the Internal Conflict Discord server and sent a direct message on Discord. The winner has 48 hours from the time that direct message is sent to reply and provide a shipping name and street address in the continental United States. If the winner does not reply within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or does not meet these rules, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor will draw a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries, using the same method and the same 48-hour rule, until the prize is awarded or the Sponsor decides to stop.

If your Discord privacy settings block direct messages from server members, you may miss the notification. That is your responsibility, not the Sponsor's.

10. Privacy: what entering collects

Entering records your Discord user ID, your Internal Conflict account (including the email address on it), the link between the two, and the date and time of your entry. The Sponsor uses that only to run the Giveaway: to check eligibility, to enforce the one-entry limit, to draw a winner, and to contact and ship to the winner. If you win, the Sponsor also collects the shipping name and postal address you provide, and uses it only to send the prize and then to satisfy any record-keeping it is required to do.

Entry records are kept until the prize has been awarded and delivered and any related dispute is resolved, and are then deleted. You can remove your entry at any time by asking staff in the Discord server or by emailing admin@happydale.net; removing it also removes you from the drawing. 11. Conduct, and the Sponsor's rights

The Sponsor may disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these rules, used more than one account, or acted in a disruptive or abusive way toward anyone. If the Giveaway cannot be run as planned for any reason, including a technical failure or anything else outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end it, and in that case will award the prize in a random drawing from the eligible entries received up to that point.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor and its owners, members, and agents from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from entering, from the prize, or from the use of the prize, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these rules limits any right that cannot legally be waived where you live.

13. Void where prohibited

The Giveaway is void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

14. Winner's name

The winner's Discord display name will be announced in the Internal Conflict Discord server. To request the name of the winner after the drawing, email admin@happydale.net.

15. Changes to these rules

If these rules change, the "last updated" date above changes and the current version is kept at this URL.
