These terms cover your use of internalconflictgame.com (the "Site"), operated by HappyDale Holding LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. They cover this website only; the game will ship with its own terms and license.
1. What the Site is
The Site provides game information, player accounts, playtest access, community links and supported purchases. Pre-release dates, features and footage can change. Playtest builds may contain bugs, interruptions and progress resets; an invitation is not a promise of a final feature set or release date.
2. Pre-registration
Pre-registering adds your email to the beta and launch mailing list. It does not create an account, guarantee beta access, reserve a purchase, or form any contract for the game itself. You can ask to be removed at any time at admin@happydale.net.
3. Intellectual property
Internal Conflict, the Internal Conflict logo, and all Site content (text, graphics, video, audio, and design) are owned by HappyDale Holding LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission, except as allowed by law (such as fair use). Third-party marks, including Unreal Engine, belong to their owners; see Disclosures.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, or interfere with the Site; do not submit anyone else's email address; do not scrape the Site for bulk data collection. Do not steal accounts, evade access controls, cheat in multiplayer, harass other players or misuse personal information. Access may be limited to protect the service and its users; contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
5. Digital cosmetic purchases
A supporter cosmetic is a one-time purchase tied to the Internal Conflict account that was signed in when checkout began. It grants only the item described on the purchase page, has no cash value, gives no gameplay advantage, and is not a purchase or pre-order of the game.
Payment is processed by Stripe. The item is issued only after our server receives Stripe's verified payment confirmation. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks remove the associated cosmetic entitlement. See our Refund Policy.
6. Giveaways
From time to time we run a giveaway. A giveaway is a sweepstakes: entry is free, no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances. Each giveaway is governed by its own official rules, which say who may enter, how, by when, what the prize is, and how the winner is drawn and notified. The current one is the wall mount giveaway. Where those rules and these terms disagree about a giveaway, the rules win.
7. Account responsibility
You are responsible for using the correct account at checkout and keeping its credentials secure. Changing your email address or callsign does not change ownership. Deleting the account ends access to its cosmetics; transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.
8. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current terms.
